Customized Cultural Diversity Consultation and Training
Programs
The Institute for Cultural Partnerships works with social
service and health care providers, educational institutions,
community-based organizations, unions, government agencies,
and businesses to meet the challenges offered by our diverse
society. ICP provides customized, on-site consultation and
training services.
The Institute works with your staff to 1) assess current
and future diversity-related needs, 2) to develop a plan of
action with short and long-term goals, 3) to design and implement
a training program as appropriate, 4) to identify follow-up
actions, and 5) to evaluate the training and overall services
provided by the Institute.
The Institute's highly skilled, culturally diverse team of
professionals provides training programs in all aspects of
cultural diversity, including

The Institute's services have also been utilized for needs
assessment, planning, problem solving, and facilitation of inclusive
