Community Services
The Institute for Cultural Partnerships works with businesses
and community-based organizations to document their history
and present it to others.
The Institute works with your staff, clients, constituencies
or community to record and document their personal and group
histories and to develop a way to present these histories
to others in a way that is lively, compelling, and true. ICP
also provides customized, on-site consultation and training
services that will assist your organization to effectively
communicate its history to the broader public.
The Institute's highly skilled, culturally diverse team of
professionals provides expertise in all aspects of documentation
and presentation of the past, including
- Oral histories
- Artifact and photographic exhibits
- Printed publications
- MS PowerPoint Presentations
- Audio CDs and CD-ROM
The Institute's services have been used by the 2000 Conference
on Black History in Pennsylvania African
Americans at the Capital: Making Jazz History and
by the Civil Rights History Project in Harrisburg.
Contact the Institute for Cultural
Partnerships to discuss your organization's needs and
