Workplace
Our communities and workplaces have become increasingly diverse. Diversity encompasses many elements, among which are race and ethnicity, gender, language, disability, sexual orientation, age, religious affiliation, and economic means. Changing demographics, and the desire by many individuals to be recognized in their own terms, are factors which have contributed to the increased attention to diversity.

Today, organizations of all kinds cannot afford to ignore the impact of diversity. Most often these differences, real or perceived, create 1) barriers for people within an organization to communicate or work together effectively, or 2) difficulties when interacting with current and potential clients, customers or constituents.

The Institute for Cultural Partnerships will work with you to transform diversity-related barriers and difficulties into opportunities!

An important part of the process of changing barriers into opportunities includes providing quality training programs for all. ICP offers many such programs. These include:

Business Basics in the 21st Century: Promoting Diversity to Benefit Employees, Customers, and the Bottom Line

Customized Consultation & Training
