ICP presents workshops on workplace diversity twice yearly. The workshops are open to the general public and are appropriate for human resource personnel, managers, diversity officers, business owners, and other interested individuals.

When enrollment is sufficient, a basic and an advanced workshop will be held. The “basic” workshop increases the participants’ understanding and awareness of cultural diversity issues that impact the workplace, teaches techniques for building cultural competence, and demonstrates strategies for resolving workplace conflicts.

The “advanced” workshop is designed for persons responsible for their organization’s diversity initiatives. The session combines new knowledge, skill-building, and opportunities for individual consultation based on an analysis of driving and restraining forces within the organization.
